Eurus is a full service telecom and technology group comprising two companies:
Eurus Network Services Pvt. Ltd. providing high quality customized end-to-end voice solutions and services to a range of customers that include Call Centres, BPOs, Enterprises and other voice carriers. A licensed ISP and ITSP in India, authorized to provide international VoIP services.
Eurus Internetworks Pvt. Ltd. providing telecom technology consulting, cloud hosting, systems integration, network management and global smart hands services to telcos and other customers.
Our business began in 2002 just as the nascent BPO industry in India was taking off, and we were amongst the first to offer robust end to end voice solutions catering to this niche market. We set up a captive telecom POP in Los Angeles, USA and a 24 x 7 NOC in New Delhi.
Over the years we added several niche services and now offer specialized services in the design, planning, implementation and maintenance of telecom networks both in India and overseas. We are vendor neutral and have Fortune 500 companies as our clients.

COMPANY PROFILE
Eurus began operations in 2002 as a telecom services provider servicing enterprise and BPO customers. Robust technologies of the time such as VoFR (Voice over Frame Relay) over point to point TDM IPLC links were used for the first time in India. Over time Eurus started offering VoIP services and TDM services were discontinued in 2011. Eurus owns and operates state of the art VoIP infrastructure with interconnects to scores of international carriers offering robust seamless VoIP A-Z origination and termination services.
Eurus implemented its own private cloud in Los Angeles and now offers an array of hosted services including dialers, ACDs, Email Management Services, white label SBCs and much more.
All customers are serviced by our own 24 x 7 NOC operating from New Delhi.
The Eurus team has vast collective experience in several specialist voice related telecom domains and has the skillset to provide customised solutions to its customers for all their voice and data needs. We provide a full range of telecom services including VoIP origination and termination, hosted and onsite dialers and are proud of the more than 500 satisfied Enterprise and BPO customers since 2002.
