Automated Dialer (Cloud and On-Premise)


A cloud dialer or PBX solution for your call centre or business is attractive because there is no capital outlay upfront and monthly fees are affordable. Additionally, you don’t have to invest in IT staff as all maintenance and upgrades are included in our product. Cloud solutions are easy to configure and set up and you have the flexibility to make changes quickly, have people working remotely from home and even move premises easily. All you need is a stable Internet connection and you can be up and running in a day.

However, some companies have policies that do not allow the use of cloud hosted services. In these cases Eurus provides On-Premise solutions functionally identical to our hosted services.
